The Milwaukee Team

Pediatric Speech & Occupational Therapy for Milwaukee Children

At McKibben & Monte Pediatric Therapy, we believe every child deserves the opportunity to communicate with confidence, develop independence, and participate fully in the activities they enjoy most. Our Milwaukee team is committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based pediatric speech and occupational therapy that helps children reach meaningful developmental milestones at home, at school, and within their communities.

Our therapists take a child-centered, relationship-driven approach to care, recognizing that every child learns differently. Through engaging, play-based therapy and individualized treatment plans, we partner with families, caregivers, and educators to create strategies that support lasting progress beyond the therapy session. Whether a child is developing communication skills, strengthening fine motor abilities, improving sensory regulation, or building confidence with everyday routines, our goal is to help them thrive in the environments where they live, learn, and play.

Speech Therapists

Communication is the foundation for learning, relationships, and self-expression. Our Milwaukee speech-language pathologists help children develop the communication skills they need to confidently express their wants, needs, thoughts, and ideas in everyday situations. Therapy is individualized to support each child’s goals and may address speech sound production, expressive and receptive language development, social communication, fluency, literacy readiness, and augmentative and alternative communication (AAC). By incorporating play, meaningful interaction, and family collaboration into every session, we help children build communication skills that carry over into home, school, and community life.

Occupational Therapists

Our occupational therapists help children develop the physical, sensory, and functional skills necessary to participate more independently in everyday activities. Whether supporting fine motor development, sensory processing, emotional regulation, visual motor integration, executive functioning, or self-care skills, therapy is designed around each child’s unique strengths and interests. Through engaging, play-based experiences, we help children build confidence while improving the skills they need to learn, play, and thrive across all areas of daily life.

Support Staff

Behind every successful therapy journey is a dedicated support team committed to creating a positive experience for every family. From scheduling appointments and answering questions to assisting with billing, insurance, the patient portal, and educational resources, our support staff helps ensure that families feel informed, supported, and connected every step of the way. Working alongside our therapists, they play an important role in delivering the exceptional care and service families have come to expect from McKibben & Monte.
