McKibben & Monte Pediatric Therapy is proud to serve children and families throughout the Detroit area with individualized speech and occupational therapy services designed to help children communicate, learn, grow, and participate more fully in everyday life. Through partnerships with schools, daycare centers, educational programs, and families, our therapists provide support that is both accessible and meaningful.

We believe children make the greatest progress when therapy is delivered in environments where they feel comfortable, confident, and engaged. By providing services within schools, childcare centers, and other familiar settings, we help eliminate many of the scheduling and transportation challenges families often face while creating opportunities for children to practice new skills in real-world situations.

Our Detroit-area therapists support children across a variety of developmental needs, including speech and language delays, articulation disorders, autism-related communication differences, augmentative and alternative communication (AAC), executive functioning skills, feeding challenges, motor development, sensory processing, and listening and spoken language development. Every therapy plan is individualized to the child’s strengths, interests, and goals, ensuring support is both effective and meaningful.
