Meet Melanie, the Manager of Business Development for McKibben & Monte.

Melanie is a passionate educator with experience teaching and coaching students and educators from Pre-K to university level. She is dedicated to helping children unlock their full potential and believes in the importance of early intervention to support their growth.

Outside of work, Melanie cherishes family moments and thrives in the great outdoors through activities like gardening, hiking, and golfing. An enthusiastic traveler, she is always ready for exciting new adventures.
