Carly Mesnick, LPCC-S


Carly is a licensed clinical counselor who specializes in coaching, counseling, and education with children experiencing anxiety, regulatory disorders, behavioral disorders and developmental disabilities.

Caryl’s expertise is with children who have experienced trauma and co-occurring disorders, and she focuses on how best to support the entire family. If your child needs additional guidance to develop effective emotional regulation, coping strategies or frustration tolerance skills, Carly can help.

Carly was inspired by two therapists she saw as a teenager when her parents got divorced and her father passed away.
