In college, Jamie’s major was pharmacy. One day, she shadowed a family friend, who is a speech pathologist. Jamie was immediately inspired and loved the interaction so much, she changed her major from pharmacy that same day. 

She adores working with her clients and their families and having a job where she gets to laugh on a daily basis. Reveling in each child’s personality and individual successes is a joy for Jamie.

Knowing how important it is for the kids to feel connected and entertained by the activities, Jamie uses child-led play to guide her activities.

In her free time, Jamie fosters her daughter’s love for animals. They make many trips to the zoo, rainforest, and aquarium. The family is also still adjusting to the addition of their newest member – making them in 4 in total.
