Grace was inspired to pursue speech pathology, because she has always wanted to help people communicate. 

Grace finds her most rewarding work when she’s watching children grow and develop new skills. She loves watching children develop their communication skills while working together. It is always so exciting for her to see a child use what they practice in therapy in everyday life.

Grace’s primary approach to therapy when first working with a child is to learn about their interests and how she can best connect with the child to see the most progress in their therapy.

When she’s not working, Grace loves traveling and spending time with her family and friends, particularly outside.
