Meet Brianne, a Speech-Language Pathologist with the McKibben & Monte team in Cleveland. Brianne earned her Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Education from Ohio University and her Master of Arts in Speech Language Pathology and Audiology from the University of Akron. She also holds NTMTC certification and specializes in autism, early intervention, and pediatric feeding, where she combines her expertise with her passion for helping children thrive.

For Brianne, the most rewarding part of her work is making a meaningful difference in the lives of children and their families. She loves watching children grow, learn, and achieve their goals, finding joy in every milestone reached. Her path to speech therapy was inspired by her love of teaching and helping others—speech-language pathology provided the perfect balance of education, support, and connection with children and families.

Before becoming an SLP, Brianne worked as an elementary school teacher, an experience that continues to inform her compassionate, whole-child approach to therapy. She believes strongly in empowering children through individualized care, guiding them toward success while supporting families along the journey.

Brianne’s favorite children’s book author is Mo Willems, and she fondly remembers reading Goodnight Moon by Margaret Wise Brown as a child. A lover of Disney, she lives by the quote: “If you can dream it, you can do it.” – Walt Disney.

Outside of work, Brianne treasures time with her family, including her three children. She enjoys traveling, staying active, visiting Disney World, and connecting with friends. With her unique blend of professional expertise, teaching background, and family-centered care, Brianne brings warmth, creativity, and dedication to every child she serves at McKibben & Monte.
