Meet Beth, a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with the McKibben & Monte team in Columbus. Beth earned her Bachelor of Science in Dietetics from Bowling Green State University, followed by both her Master of Science and Doctor of Philosophy in Human Nutrition from The Ohio State University. With years of expertise in research and clinical care, she brings a wealth of knowledge and compassion to the families she serves.

Beth has spent much of her career focused on nutrition and cancer prevention and survivorship at the Comprehensive Cancer Center at Ohio State. Her extensive experience studying dietary patterns and health outcomes, paired with her own perspective as a mom of two teenagers, allows her to offer families practical, science-based nutrition strategies tailored to their daily lives.

Her favorite part of working as a nutrition specialist is connecting with families, building trust, and helping them achieve goals that truly matter. Beth’s approach to therapy is twofold: first, she demonstrates her deep commitment to supporting both children and parents; then, she collaborates with families to develop customized, realistic solutions that address their specific nutrition needs.

Outside of work, Beth enjoys running and has completed several marathons. She also loves spending time with her family, with their newest adventure being learning to play pickleball together. A fun fact about Beth: she has been taking piano lessons for many years and is the only adult student in her class—she often performs at recitals alongside elementary school children!
