Rachel Kreidler, OTL

Occupational Therapist

Meet Rachel, an experienced Occupational Therapist with the McKibben & Monte team in Columbus. Rachel earned her Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy from The Ohio State University and brings a wealth of expertise in pediatrics, specializing in areas such as oral motor and feeding therapy, sensory processing, fine and visual motor skills, primitive reflex integration, core strength building, and emotional regulation.

What Rachel loves most about being a therapist is the deep connections she forms with the children and families she works with. She finds immense joy in helping them thrive and celebrating their successes, no matter how big or small. Inspired by family members in the healthcare and teaching fields, Rachel was further drawn to occupational therapy after a friend introduced her to the profession, and she quickly knew it was her calling.

Rachel’s approach to therapy begins with building trust and rapport with both the child and their caregivers. She focuses on engaging in meaningful activities that resonate with the child while providing “just right” challenges to promote growth and progress.

When she’s not working, Rachel enjoys spending quality time with her husband and two children. She treasures family dinners, trips to the park, and adventures together. Her favorite children’s book author is Mo Willems, and as a child, she loved The Wind in the Willows by Kenneth Grahame. Rachel’s passion for helping children grow, paired with her caring and thoughtful approach, makes her an invaluable part of the McKibben & Monte team.
