Meet Meredith, a Speech-Language Pathologist with the McKibben & Monte team in Cincinnati. Meredith earned both her Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders from the University of Mississippi. She is also certified in Lee Silverman Voice Therapy (LSVT), bringing a specialized skill set that allows her to support clients in strengthening their voices and communication abilities.
For Meredith, the most rewarding part of being a therapist is helping people of all ages find their voice. She believes communication is one of life’s greatest gifts and feels honored to guide children and families in building the skills that open doors to connection, learning, and confidence. Inspired by her desire to help others in a versatile and meaningful career, Meredith knew speech-language pathology was the perfect fit.
When first working with a child, Meredith focuses on keeping therapy fun and engaging while also targeting individualized goals. She believes that when children enjoy the process, they are more motivated to practice and succeed.
Meredith’s favorite children’s books include the Little Blue Truck series by Alice Schertle and Jill McElmurry, and as a child she loved Goodnight Moon by Margaret Wise Brown. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, especially on trips to Hilton Head Island where they spend sunny days at the beach and playing putt-putt golf.
With her expertise, warmth, and genuine passion for helping others, Meredith brings joy and dedication to every child and family she works with at McKibben & Monte.
