Kirsty Rae, M.A., CCC-SLP

Speech Language Pathologist

Kirsty was inspired to pursue speech pathology when in high school someone
mentioned the field would allow her to follow her calling to both work in a
helping profession and work with children. She believes communication is the
center of life and feels lucky to help children build their communication skills to
better their lives!

Kirsty’s favorite part about being a therapist is getting the privilege to be part of a student’s journey! She feels there is nothing more amazing than watching children learn and grow and feels she is lucky to be a part of that. Her primary approach to therapy when first working with a child is all about building relationships and following the child’s lead. This strong foundation makes speech therapy as organic, successful and fun as possible. Kirsty specializes in Articulation, Early Language, and Augmentative or Alternative Communication (AAC).

When she is not working, Kirsty can be found biking, golfing, and going to the farmer’s market. She is most happy spending time with her friends and family, traveling, and drinking good coffee.
