Early in Joy’s career, she worked in the luxury retail industry. She gained experience in many facets of the business including Customer Service, Finance, Administrative and Retail Sales. After several years in the field, Joy devoted her time to raise her now three – now grown – children. During that time she sat on several academic committees and volunteered for her community organizations.

Joy resides in Solon with her husband. She enjoys time with her family including her grandson and Golden Doodle Dunkin.
