Speech Pathology has always inspired Bryn-Erinn because communication is something that is one of the most important things to a human being. She loves that she can have an effect on someone’s ability to verbalize their wants/needs and likes/dislikes effectively.
Bryn-Erinn loves that this profession has a birth-to-death clientele, and you can work in so many different domains. It is a very specific field, yet you can have so many different interests and specialties. Being the reason to a child or adult communicates more efficiently or be better understood by all listeners is incredibly meaningful to her. Most importantly, Bryn-Erinn loves that she helps educate parents and work with families on ways to engage with their children and help them become effective communicators.
Her special interests include preschool- and school-age receptive / expressive language disorders, articulation / phonological disorders, Autism, and Down syndrome.
In her free time, Bryn enjoys spending time with her two young boys, being outside, and enjoying time on the lake on the boat.
