Megan was working as a first-grade teacher when she fell in love with literacy and language. It was that passion and her experience shadowing the school’s speech therapist that eventually drove her to speech language pathology. She quickly returned to graduate school, as she felt helping children build their communication skills was her calling.
Her favorite part of being a therapist is building relationships with her clients and seeing their growth. She loves having fun with her clients and gets incredible joy from watching them learn. Megan focuses on rapport-building and creating a safe, fun environment that encourages progress in developing speech and language skills.
Megan specializes in Autism, Trauma-informed care, Neuro-diversity affirming therapy, and literacy across the lifespan.
When she is not working, Megan can be found outdoors – hiking, biking, running, and camping.
